After buying a business at age 20, Amy made  her rst multi-million at age 23. At age 24 she was named an Up and Coming  Business Woman of Rochester, by age 25 she was recognized among women presidents nationally as the Rising Star, and at age 26, the U.S. Small Business Administration named her the Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the district, state, and regional levels.

Novatek Communications, Inc. was founded in 1989 to educate hardware and software product users so they could perform their jobs efficiently and safely. By means of technical documentation and training, Novatek succeeded in increasing usability and reducing user frustration and confusion.
