Don joined VisitRochester in January, 2013. In his role, he is tasked with driving the organization to higher levels of business growth through conventions bookings, tourism marketing and event promotion to visitors. Jeffries previously served as CEO of the Rochester Broadway Theater League (RBTL) and owned Dollinger Travel for nearly 20 years. Don will discuss marketing initiatives of VisitRochester including the Ambassador Club program. Carol Eaton | VP of Marketing, Regional Tourism Project Director, Finger Lakes Vacation Region
Eaton has worked in the tourism industry for more than 30 years. Throughout her tenure, she has played an integral role in the advancement of Onondaga County as a meetings and leisure destination. Carol currently serves as New York State's Regional Tourism Project Director for the Finger Lakes Tourism Region and chairs the recently established Finger Lakes Regional Tourism Council.
